This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Proud to Care team working across Gloucestershire, supporting the external adult social care community of care providers and its workforce proudtocareglos

Proud to Care are looking for a new team member to ensure robust delivery of its vision to

engage with Gloucestershires independent care sector recruiters and existing/potential care workforce

encourage best practice in recruitment and retention, promoting careers in care and connecting people

enable a sustainable, capable and values-based workforce in the care sector in Gloucestershire

The Proud to Care aim is to promote careers in care, proactively connect people wishing to work in care and explore recruitment, retention, training and development opportunities to support the care sector., The post holder will need to demonstrate that they meet the essential criteria in the Person Specification. We welcome applications from all candidates who can demonstrate they have transferrable skills and/or can compliment our existing team skill set.
