Full Job Description

Joining our team, you will serve as the technical lead for all digital tools on the account and partner with stakeholders to deliver desired client outcomes. As demand for our digital solutions scale, you will help build a technical sales team to support our growth lead for contact with tech stakeholders. The role is primarily not about introducing new tech but vendor management, leading communication and digital engagement throughout the account through various communication channels, collaborating with key stakeholders: Operations, Marketing, Technical SMEs, (from Sustainability to Energy), Group Data Lab, as well as Service Activation to drive the overall digital experience adoption across the client portfolio.

The Communication and Digital Experience Lead will drive creativity and brand development, implementing key Sodexo initiatives tailoring them to the clients' audience, lead and promote an ethos of team work to instil a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence whilst creating and delivering energetic and in-depth presentations and demonstrations to engage diverse audiences which support them on their path to integrating data and insights into their decision-making.

You will articulate the value of digital solutions and usage of data to impact their desired business outcomes, working cross functionally with senior leadership to deliver results and respond to incoming technical inquiries from customers and partners to educate and influence their decisions.

Continually looking for opportunities to improve products, processes and customer experience, you will design, own and oversee the digital activation strategy whilst proactively seeking the most up to date technology and industry trends, working within Sodexo's innovation lifecycle process.,

  • Attend meetings and training courses as requested

  • Travel when required within UK & I to help with delivery of the strategy however, where we are able, we greatly promote the use of the video conferencing where appropriate

  • Experience in building in house communication materials

  • Experience in maintaining communication engagement in a Corporate Services environment

  • Experience designing, selling, identifying, testing and/or implementing digital solutions in food and IFM service environments

  • Thorough competitive knowledge including solution, technology, and product offerings.
