Full Job Description

As a Communication and Engagement Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be supporting the implementation and knowledge management of the Reframe Project.

Day-to-day, you'll co-ordinate communication and engagement activities to support the Reframe transition process as we transform our support to the British Army.

  • Project manage the implementation of communication events on the agreed communication calendar.

  • Coordinating and organizing internal briefings, and other communication and engagement activities across the business, this also includes events delivered in partnership with our partner organisations.

  • Creating and distributing internal and external communications materials.

  • Preparing reports and forecasts by analysing communication and engagement metrics.

  • Work closely with the Enabling and Transformation Lead to ensure best outcomes in a timely manner.


  • This role is full time 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home. This role does require some travel to a various of locations across England.

    Essential experience of the Communication and Engagement Coordinator
  • Experience within event coordination or management.

  • Experience within marketing communications and writing for release.

  • Strong stakeholder management.

  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Security Clearance
    The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
