Full Job Description
- System design of on-board payload processors including simulation, analysis and laboratory prototyping
- Assessing, steering and managing supplier technology development through commercial and institutional programmes
- Concept feasibility and generation of new ideas, influencing Airbus roadmaps and strategy
SECURITY CLEARANCE: This role involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring the applicant to be able to be security cleared to a UK SC level.(Must have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years), Innovation and initiative in pursuing new ideas, investigating potential technologies / solutions and driving change - Raising the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of digital, photonics or RF systems through software, firmware or hardware development
