Full Job Description

As a Communications Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's brand image and driving effective communication strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans that align with our business objectives.,

  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support business goals and enhance brand reputation.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, and industry influencers.
  • Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively manage potential reputational risks.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and presentations, to communicate key messages to internal and external audiences.
  • Digital Communication: Manage and optimise our digital channels, including social media platforms and the company website, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Internal Communications: Facilitate effective internal communication by developing employee newsletters, organising team events, and managing internal social media platforms.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of communication initiatives to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tone Setting: Set the tone of the business's communications.
  • Engagement Survey Management: Manage the engagement survey process, including planning, execution, and analysis of results.

    Qualification in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
