Full Job Description
We're looking for a Communications Executive to join the Global marketing team at Brompton. This will be a dual role which will mainly support the PR and Campaign Management channel teams, but will get a broad range of experience across the whole communications team.
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and a brilliant communicator. Experience in cross functional team collaboration, project management, and presenting is desirable. A passion for Brompton is a must!
The role is subject to travel to build relations with local market teams, PR agencies, and for product launch moments.
Key Responsibilities
PR:
Press kit management and distribution: assist head of commination in drafting press releases, managing the digital press platform, and distributing these to our regional teams and agencies.
Stakeholder interview management: organizing timings and briefings for senior stakeholders press interviews.
Factory visit lead: manage logistics of any visits from external press, social media creators and other stakeholders.
Global agency liaison and briefing lead: manage internal press office requests and brief agency on new and existing products.
Campaigns:
Calendar management: work with Senior Campaigns Manager to keep the Global marketing calendar up-to-date.
Project management: support Global marketing team on management of key projects.
Creative production support: in-house production support for creative team.
Additional duties:
Admin support, including raising purchase orders and product sample management.
The ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both in written and verbal form.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; able to listen to and engage effectively with others.
The ability to act effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing priorities.
Evidence of a strong ability to adapt in changing circumstances and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Evidence of strong collaboration skills and experience
