Full Job Description

We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join our West London communications team and play an active role in transforming our staff engagement and external communications activities.

This is a pivotal role, acting as the first point of contact for requests and queries coming into the communications team. Being front of house, you'll be expected to be highly organised in order to provide a responsive service and able to develop and maintain good working relationships with staffacross the Trust as well as external partners and stakeholders.

This isn't an administrative or entry level position; we're looking for someone who has communications experience within a communications team or agency, or of working in the media. You should already have experience of developing and publishing communications materials such as staff newsletters, news articles, blogs and videos. You'll be familiar with using digital platforms and will be capable of creating, updating and monitoring content across our staff intranet, external website and social media.

You'll be joining a team that is supportive of developing communications professionals. We'll provide the opportunity for you to gain new skills and experience by getting involved in projects, campaigns and events being delivered by the team.
