Full Job Description

The Media Network Team is a group of creatives, communicators and coordinators who drive awareness and excitement across sport, gaming, brand and culture projects. You will be instrumental in delivering engaging campaigns which resonate with our key 18-24 y/o audience, working with the full team to explore unique ways we can engage with our consumers. You'll also spend time with the Brand team, to develop effective brand marketing assets, ensure the product shows up in the most premium way possible and gets directly into the hands of our key audiences. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • You'll assist the Media Network team across multiple key activations and projects including:
  • Gaming, Sport & Culture Projects Supporting the communications team and third-party agencies to drive awareness and anticipation for key projects across the year Owned channels & Social Channels Development Help grow our channel network in the UK, supporting on increasing our reach of UK consumers Creator Management Working alongside our creator team to help build relationships with key creators Product Initiatives & Consumer Facing Campaigns Driving awareness of our range of product launches, re-launches and product portfolio to increase consumption with UK consumers
  • You'll assist the Brand team across multiple key activations and projects including:
  • Develop Effective Brand Marketing Assets Work with a third-party agency to develop creatives that effectively communicates our key messages in the brand tone of voice and ensure we have the right assets for our campaign plan Co-Ordinate Brand Marketing PEMO Contributions Work with the Brand Manager and Communications Manager to understand Brand Marketing contributions to the overall PEMO (Paid, Earned, Managed, Owned) plan and support top-notch delivery. Consumer Collecting (Sampling) Delivery Work with Consumer Collecting to ensure campaigns are effectively supported by sampling initiatives with key consumer target audiences. Deliver the right creative solutions for sampling tools required to achieve our objectives. In-store Execution Effectively work with the Shopper Marketing teams to ensure through-the-line activation of Brand campaigns where relevant to the project's objectives. Support the timely delivery of the right POS creative and assets to help us achieve our in-store goals.
