Communications Coordinator (Mat Cover)

Collaborating with our Comms, PR and wider marketing teams, you'll create both short and long form written content across our channels including email (MailChimp), web, app, blog and socials. Knowing what's coming up and when is key to coordinate and deliver Comms & PR activity across the team, but you'll also get the opportunity to bring your own ideas and have input into what we may need to share and how. Day to day you can also expect to;

• Updating blog posts and stories on our website
• Support the identification of and entries to brand awards
• Support the creation and build of relevant reporting
• Coordinate comms activity for upcoming events
• Administer our PR payment process
  
  This is a true coordination role, so you'll need excellent organisation skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels and inside and outside our business. You'll have gained copywriting, editing and proofreading experience, ideally in a communication/marketing based role and have exposure to working with the likes of MailChimp, a CRM, CMS or similar., The ability to multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills with a good grasp of the use of correct grammar
• A pro-active approach where you're asking questions and taking the initiative
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
