Communications Developer

AXA Health is AXA's health and wellbeing specialist in the UK. We're helping people be their best selves, whatever that means to them. We're looking for several talented individuals to come on board and help support the Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team. We have both permanent and 12 month fixed term contact positions available.
As a Communications Developer you'll create, develop, and amend communications, logic and templates. You'll apply rigour around testing, technical documentation, and version control.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:

Communication Development including configuration, creation, testing and analysis.
Complete analysis work on document sets, develop new documents and amend existing communications.
Implement robust test process and technical documentation, obtaining sign-off for the work undertaken.
Assist with the management and timely resolution of service requests, including responding to incidents and regulatory.
Work on designated projects as an expert, representing the Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team.
Follow appropriate compliance and security processes to ensure all development work is approved and maintained accordingly.
Take an adaptable approach to delivery, being a key point of contact for addressing issues and supporting escalations.
Nurture excellent cross supplier, departmental, company and group relationships to ensure effective delivery.
Mitigate delivery risk and undertake document configuration through scenario planning, risk mitigation and contingency plans.
