Full Job Description
- You are responsible for aligning our corporate communications strategies with the overall company and marketing goals.
- You develop and execute innovative, proactive, and strategic programs leveraging traditional and new media, industry analyst relations, as well as developing and supporting internal communications programs.
- You drive a consistent and positive brand reputation.
- You develop a strategic, integrated, and global communication plan, executing outreach to national business, trade, technology and social influencers
- You define a global marketing and communications strategy and build a high-performing global team to execute it.
- You work closely with the senior management, marketing and sales teams to ensure programmes are planned, delivered and measured in a way to support business objectives.
- You manage the announcement calendar, including strategy, deliverables, and timing for key product, momentum, partner and corporate news
- You track analyst report schedules and work with product marketing to ensure all materials/information is submitted in a timely manner.
- You ensure that all activity across the regions and internationally aligns with the corporate output
5-7 years of corporate communications experience, software/SaaS company experience preferred. - Broad experience across all facets of marketing and communications with a particular focus on communications, PR and analyst relations rather than advertising.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing internal and external communications programs within scope and budget.
- Demonstrated results increasing company awareness through press and social media.
- Leadership and team building experience including leading international cross functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in complex international matrix structures and driving change/growing marketing teams within the same.
- A demonstrable track record of engaging successfully with external PR and AR agencies.
- Influencing and coordination skills from senior management level downwards and sound cultural awareness.
- The ability to travel, often on a global basis.
