Full Job Description

The Communications Executive will be part of a fast-paced, fun team. They will be dedicated to identifying and leading communications requirements in support of our business coordinated and delivered in and from the UK. They will work to deliver against the agreed communications strategy set by the International Communications and Engagement Lead and will link in with the wider international and global communications team to support delivery. They will be highly motivated, have a flair for creativity and originality, and be willing to push the boundaries to introduce forward thinking ideas to a corporate setting. A 'can do', high energy approach is key to support the delivery of work. This role will allow the individual to drive new ideas, seeing them through from concept to delivery. The individual will work closely with the wider communications teams, including counterparts in other KBR businesses, as well as a creative team to support design and deliverables.,

  • Support implementation of the International Comms and Engagement Strategy - helping to engage employees within a portfolio of businesses and its leaders.
  • Own and coordinate communications through agreed forums including intranet's, digital newsletter, town halls and more.
  • Find opportunities to develop content for internal audiences that align with the business strategy such as internal stories, interviews and videos.
  • Shape the delivery of employee events to support messaging and that raise the profile of our capabilities and our people.
  • Support regional delivery of corporate initiatives, including the annual employee engagement survey, bespoke global engagement events and more.
  • Manage and develop a dedicated intranet site.
  • Support post activity evaluation and metrics.
  • Act as a brand guardian.

  • Experience in delivering content across platforms, including new and emerging digital platforms
  • Ability to work with people at all levels
