We're on the lookout for a creative, driven, and strategic Senior Communications Executive to join our fast-paced UK & Ireland Comms team. In this key role, you'll help shape the future of the Adecco Group's communications across both markets, working with a variety of stakeholders to elevate our brand and enhance our internal and external reputation. We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and ambitious Senior Communications Executive/Communications Manager to join our small but dynamic UK & Ireland Comms team. In this role, you will help shape the Adecco Group's communication agenda for the UK & Ireland, working closely with various functions across the business. You'll be at the heart of crafting and delivering impactful communications that drive business performance and build engagement. Whether you're writing a thought leadership piece, managing a campaign, or measuring the effectiveness of our communication channels, your role is central to ensuring our messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our company's goals. As a key player in the team, you'll help deliver integrated communications campaigns that spark connection, build trust, and tell the powerful stories behind our brand. You'll play a vital role in embedding the Adecco Group's values through storytelling, creative content, and strategic communications that engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms. What you'll be doing As a Senior Communications Executive, you'll be tasked with:

  • Collaborating with the team to design and execute strategic internal and external communications plans that boost engagement and strengthen our company's reputation.
  • Creating and curating engaging content for newsletters, blog posts, press releases, social media, digital signage, and more.
  • Managing content for internal channels like the intranet, town halls, and email management platforms.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media and key stakeholders to ensure positive media coverage and influence.
  • Providing communications support for cross-functional projects that align with our business priorities.
  • Measuring the success of communications initiatives to drive continuous improvement and identify new opportunities.

TASK: Written activity to be sent to be completed at home and emailed back to the Talent Acquisition Partner for review. 1. Teams with Head of Internal Communications, Chelsea and Senior Vice President of Communications, Adele Hawkes. 2. Informal meet the team / face to face in our London Office.
