As a Communications Executive, you will be responsible for creating/updating comms and advising teams across EDF Business Solutions (EBS) about Operational comms journeys for their customers., Here, we do right by each other and everyone's welcome. What you'll be doing

In this role, you will look for opportunities to deliver improvement and you'll work with teams across EBS to improve and create processes/guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring the style and tone of communications are consistent and effective.

In a dynamic working environment, you will strive to work in an agile way removing unnecessary admin and testing and learning at pace. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver communications for EBS customers.

Reporting into the Operational Comms Lead, you'll be empowered to make decisions in order to deliver great customer outcomes and tangible value for EBS. You'll be part of a small team providing excellent services to others across our business.

Have you got experience in delivering Operational Communications?, We're looking for someone with a passion for creating and delivery great customer experience and value, balanced with enabling and creating a great environment for our people.

You'll have the ability to work to tight deadlines and will also have great stakeholder management and engagement skills.

As a Communications Executive, you need to be action orientated with the ability to react quickly to information coming through from the business. You'll be able to write clear operational comms in line with our tone of voice and brand guidelines across a range of channels and also have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality work.
