Communications LeadLocation: Cambridge (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £45,000As a Communications Lead at Sodexo in Cambridge, you are a creative innovator and a masterful storyteller. You belong to a team where you can act with purpose, innovate with impact, and thrive in your own way.What you'll do:Collaborate with the Sodexo and AstraZeneca Site Operations teams to develop and deliver effective internal communication campaigns.Produce high-quality content and materials with clear and consistent messaging across various channels.Monitor communication effectiveness and incorporate lessons

learned to refine strategies.Align internal communication initiatives with the broader Sodexo and AstraZeneca brand strategies.Foster relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with shared business values and objectives.What you bring:A strong foundation in communications, with experience in creating content for internal audiences.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and excellent proofreading ability.Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying forward-thinking and adaptable.Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all organizational levels.A self-motivated approach, thriving under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.Desirable:Experience in Facilities Management or Biopharmaceutical companies.Knowledge of video editing or project management principles.Background in change management or degree/CIPD qualification.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than just a job
