Full Job Description

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a confident and creative Communications Manager that can manage corporate communications for the business, being responsible for both internal and external communications. Ensuring the delivery of the communications strategy is aligned to business priorities.

This role is permanent, with a starting salary of £47,147 with a potential to increase to £50,873 after key competencies required of the role are met.

About the role:

The Communications Manager lead a team of communications professionals, delivering engaging content aligned with Tai Tarian's brand. Demonstrating our Values of Be Bold, Be Fair and Be Kind.

A credible and trusted Communications professional that can build close personal relationships to influence teams and line managers at all levels. Using technical expertise, data, and insight to help improve the quality and effectiveness of organisational decision making.

To be successful in the role of our new Communications Manager, you must have previous experience in a similar role and must also be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships, based on mutual trust and accountability.

An engaging and inspiring leader with the ability to take colleagues on your journey to deliver business.

A change agent that can successfully influence and implement change with exceptional colleague engagement.

Qualifications:

Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience in a related subject.
