Are you a creative and strategic communications professional looking to make a positive impact on the lives of young people? We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Communications and Marketing Manager to join our thriving educational trust of nine schools. As a key member of our Central Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, enhancing our reputation, and driving engagement with our community. Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communications and marketing strategies that align with our mission and vision
Manage and oversee all internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, social media, and website content
Create engaging and compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos
Facilitate, build and maintain strong relationships between the key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, pupils, and community partners
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
