• Event Leadership: Lead and oversee internal event management activities.
• Communication Facilitator: Facilitate effective internal communication across departments.
• Innovate: Develop, lead, and implement our group marketing strategy.
• Content Creator: Develop and implement internal newsletters and regular updates.
• Relationship Builder: Build and maintain relationships with external providers such as PR and creative agencies.
• Brand Champion: Ensure brand consistency and cultivate a unified voice across the Group.
• Digital Mastery: Oversee and manage our website and digital channels.
• Insight-Driven: Analyse customer and market insights to build successful strategies.
• Creative Designer: Design and deliver marketing materials and communications that resonate with employees.
• Resourceful: Get the best out of the tools we have and stay aware of communication and marketing innovations, to continuously improve our strategies.

Are you a dynamic and passionate communications and marketing professional? If so this is an exciting time to join us, as we embark on our ambitious 5-year business plan! We are seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager who thrives on building strong in-person relationships and is eager to leverage their expertise to drive our strategic initiatives forward and engage our workforce., Exceptional creativity and communication skills, with a proven track record in developing and delivering engagement, communication and marketing strategies. Excellent influencing skills, with experience in engaging remote workers. Previous experience in managing, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues. A high level of computer literacy, attention to detail and resourcefulness. A relevant degree is preferred, but extensive relevant experience is more important. A full UK Driving license, as you'll be visiting our sites throughout England and Scotland.
