Full Job Description

This functional area will drive some of the biggest changes across Data Services supporting the team with technical solutions to meet the vision. Key to this will be the automation of standard reporting packs providing data quickly in consistent, high-quality, informed analysis formats to those who need it. This will involve the development of tools to automate manual processes around research; and develop and produce quality outputs from People Systems data. Core Responsibilities

  • To lead a communication and influence project to maximise engagement throughout the church.
  • To drive participation in multiple surveys and ensure the accurate input of diversity data into specified church systems (CDT, People System, Pathways, Ministry Development System).
  • To develop a data collection strategy that ensures accurate and reliable data through data analysis, reporting and management.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation, whilst managing budget and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

  • This is a one-year fixed-term contract.
  • This is a hybrid role but also suitable for homeworking.
  • Occasional visits to Church House - 2 days a month for face-to-face meetings.
  • Please note: The role is also suitable for applicants who choose homeworking as an option, however, homeworking is not a requirement for the role. As occasional visits to Church House for face-to-face meetings are a requirement of your role, this will be expensed, but travel to the office location will not be expensed if you choose to come to the office.

    Your Salary
  • A salary of £46,577, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
