Full Job Description

  • Operating switchboard to ensure that clients are transferred correctly and efficiently.

  • Typing messages during calls, to ensure delivery of communication in a timely manner.

  • Understanding of the business structure and services offered.

  • Using multiple database systems to search for relevant information

  • Providing an excellent and professional customer service to all callers.

  • On occasion providing support to our Document Control Department by welcoming clients into reception, this will include:

  • Accepting client documentation and certifying ID documents

  • Providing refreshments for clients and meetings

  • Receiving deliveries

  • Covering holidays and sickness of team members and other operational departments such as Document Control., Aspirations: To be the best that you can, motivated to do things better, works smarter not harder, embraces changes, learns form mistakes, takes an interest in the vision of the business
