Full Job Description
- Operating switchboard to ensure that clients are transferred correctly and efficiently.
- Typing messages during calls, to ensure delivery of communication in a timely manner.
- Understanding of the business structure and services offered.
- Using multiple database systems to search for relevant information
- Providing an excellent and professional customer service to all callers.
- On occasion providing support to our Document Control Department by welcoming clients into reception, this will include:
- Accepting client documentation and certifying ID documents
- Providing refreshments for clients and meetings
- Receiving deliveries

- Have a good understanding of Microsoft office, telephones and case management systems
