Taking responsibility for any legal and court action required, ensuring evidence is secured, witness statements and court paperwork completed in a timely manner and in conjunction with any legal representative of the organisation, attending court as and when required, including directional hearings on behalf of the organisation.
- Provide short term tenancy support to customers who are at risk of, or in breach of their tenancy. Signposting to partners where appropriate.
- Undertake regular inspections, taking responsibility for resolving low level issues in a re-active manner.
