Community Bladder & Bowel Service Nurse

To undertake holistic bladder and bowel assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating care primarily to the adult population specifically in the area of continence.

Providing continence advice and education to professionals working within the health care economy.

Working with patients and carer's promoting continence whenever this is applicable, and where not achievable the aim will be to manage incontinence to a high standard.
