Full Job Description
This position requires regular shifts of (waking nights) 8pm-8am every Saturday and Sunday; and support at school Fridays 7.45am-6pm and Thursdays 7.45am-4pm. We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. What You'll Do We are looking for experienced Community Care Workers to support our client and their care package. You must be experienced in supporting people with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and a range of other complex medical needs. Duties include:
- Personal Care and Support: Assisting with daily tasks to ensure the comfort and well-being of the child
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging and empowering the child to achieve greater autonomy in their daily life
- Medication Support: Ensuring the safe administration of medication
- Specialist Clinical Care: Providing advanced clinical care, including but not limited to spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, epilepsy, osteopenia We understand that each person's needs are different, and that's why we focus on delivering care that's as unique as they are

We're seeking individuals who have: - A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK - The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably - The right to work in the UK - A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle - Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
