Full Job Description

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit

  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework

  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping

  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

    We're looking for Care Professionals who have access to reliable transportation and full driving license as some of our clients require accompanying to Doctor's visits and can live more remotely.

    Excellent pay rates - £13.20 Per hour weekdays / £14.70 Per hour weekends

  • Types of hours available - Part time & Guaranteed contract.

  • Minimum 1 hour calls so you have the time needed with client

  • Welcome bonus - £100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed

  • Employee referral bonus programme - £200 bonus paid if you refer and friend or family member and they start

  • Mileage and travel time -Up to 45p per mile

  • Blue Light Card, We will be offering a "Waking Night" role, which is where a client requires prolonged and / or frequent support during the night and the Care Professional is awake and working.


  • A Waking Night shift is a 10 hour shift to start and finish at times agreed.
  • £132 Per shift

  • £13.20 Per hour Weekdays / £14.70 Per hour Weekends
