Full Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. There is a variety of day shifts (8:00am to 8:00pm) and night shifts (08:00pm to 8:00am) available for this position across the week. What You'll Do As a Community Care Worker, you'll be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including: - Personal Care and Support: Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity - Companionship: Being a friendly face and a comforting presence - Live-in Care: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most - Promoting Independence: Empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible - Medication Support: Ensuring safe and timely administration of medication - Specialist Clinical Care: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence - Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering compassionate care during life's most challenging moments We understand that each person's needs are different, and that's why we focus on delivering care that's as unique as they are Why Choose Newcross Healthcare? We're seeking individuals who have: - A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK - The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably - The right to work in the UK - Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
