Full Job Description

Are you looking to progress your leadership skills and be at the forefront of change? We are seeking a Community Nursing Sister/Qualified District Nurse to work within our integrated Primary Care Hub, which covers the Bedford in Bedfordshire. This is a friendly, dedicated and supportive team where professional guidance is readily available. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated and has the confidence to support, coach and develop individuals to deliver consistently high quality services. You will also be required to manage your own caseload, which will be aligned to the residential homes within the area. Excellent communication and time management skills, and sound clinical knowledge, is essential. A flexible approach is required to accommodate the changing needs of the service along with the drive to influence service development.

You must have a driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to carry out your duties. You will be required to work a shift pattern covering 7 days a week 08:00-16:00 or 13:00-21:00. The post is 30 hours per week.
