Full Job Description
We are looking for Maternity cover , If you are an experienced paediatric nurse and have hospital at home experience, looking for a new challenge combining your acute nursing skills whilst working in the community, this is the role for you.
You will be part of a new adventure within our children's community nursing services supporting pathways of our Child Health UHD@Home to enable early discharge and hospital avoidance., To understand the role in more detail please read the full job description and person specification documents which are attached to this advert.
