Full Job Description
It will include gathering insights, working to set targets, working with community beneficiaries and other partners, communicating clearly with community members and maintaining confidentiality.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working both independently and within a team with the ability to share information in an accessible and meaningful way with individuals and groups., While we are looking for some specific skills, we are much more interested in attitude, personal qualities and passion. You will gain great experience in this role working with the broad range of skills within TDC's Communities Team.
We are recruiting for a Community Engagement Worker to join the fantastic Communities Team at TDC to support people in Brighton and Hove to engage in services, activities and community groups.
£24k - £27k pro-rata + 6% pension.
Hours per week
21 to 37 hours per week (work pattern flexible)
