Full Job Description

Meta is seeking a CX Manager for its London site. This person will design and implement strategy and programs, execute best-in-class communications, and effectively maintain and improve a dynamic, fast-paced, and site culture.This role will be pivotal to contributing to and delivering on the London site culture, providing strategic direction on office programs, communications, and events in alignment with the Regional and Global CX strategies. Responsibilities include managing and leading all office-related communications and programs with a focus on building strong connections between employees and our community. The CX Manager must have a strong communications and project management background with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and scale. To be successful, the candidate must develop and maintain strong relationships with a number of cross-functional partners, especially senior leaders in the office.This is a full-time position located in London and will report, 1. Lead communications for a growing site including general announcements, group moderation, internal reference libraries, and office events.
2. Partner with the Head of Office(s) and senior leadership forums on site direction to engage their community and enhance connection to Meta's work, mission, and employees.
3. Build and maintain an XFN Leadership Council to gain insights, share impact, and advance site goals.
4. Proactively identify and address problems and opportunities for the office.
5. Strategically lead, build, and oversee the internal site programs and various events for the site, working with other office partners to ensure a great and inclusive experience for all employees.
6. Own tactical, recurring responsibilities including office budgeting and local on-boarding of new hires.
7. Act as the site sponsor for company-wide social events (ie. holiday party, summer party, Bring Your Kids to Work Day).
8. Work as a key stakeholder with Facilities, influencing space planning, decor, and future office expansion.
9. Manage executive visits to site including briefing documents, logistics, and announcements to office.
10. Provide an escalation path for office related issues, feedback, concerns, and suggestions and triages accordingly.

11. 8+ years working in a project, program or vendor management positions.
12. Proven ability for strategic thought leadership, innovation and change management.
13. Recognized for stakeholder management, and, ability to collaborate across matrix organization structures and multi function dynamic.
14. Strong business acumen, understands and reacts fast to changing priorities even when not all the information is available.
15. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively influence, communicate, and present at all levels of the organization.
17. Ability to prioritize and make tough choices amongst multiple priorities. Empathy to anticipate needs and issues of the site.
18. Strong analytical skills, including research capabilities.
