Occasionally, you may also be required to support other North Somerset Council sites. Reporting to the Facilities Services Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the Campus, ensuring it operates smoothly for all its users.

Conducting first-line maintenance, including minor repairs like lamp replacements, unblocking toilets, and assembling furniture.
Managing contractor work, ensuring compliance with site policies, and overseeing safety measures during their time on-site.

We're looking for someone with a positive, proactive attitude who thrives in a customer-focused environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Experience in building maintenance or repairs is beneficial but not required-we'll support you as you learn on the job., Customer service experience: You should have worked in a similar environment (schools, community buildings, etc.).
