Full Job Description

We are seeking kind-hearted individuals to join our dedicated team as Community Home Helpers. This part-time role is centred around assisting older adults in their own homes, offering them support and companionship, and helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect.,

  • Provide companionship and conversation, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errand running.
  • Help with personal care activities including dressing, bathing, and grooming.
  • Encourage and support in physical activities and exercises, tailored to individual abilities.
  • Remind clients to take their medication and assist with mobility around the home.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary.

  • No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential.
