Passionate about supporting People with a Learning Disability with their health needs? Look no further - Barnet Learning Disability Service have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Learning Disability Nurse to join their dedicated and forward-thinking team., You will be part of a friendly and dynamic Learning Disability Nursing Team and can expect to utilise your knowledge, skills and experience by promoting excellent quality care through evidence-based practice and value-based approaches to People with a Learning Disability within the London Borough of Barnet. The post-holder will work as part of a multi-displinary team to provide specialist Nursing support to individuals with Mental Health issues, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Physical Health needs.
