Look no further - Barnet Learning Disability Service have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Learning Disability Nurse to join their dedicated and forward-thinking team., You will be part of a friendly and dynamic Learning Disability Nursing Team and can expect to utilise your knowledge, skills and experience by promoting excellent quality care through evidence-based practice and value-based approaches to People with a Learning Disability within the London Borough of Barnet. The post-holder will work as part of a multi-displinary team to provide specialist Nursing support to individuals with Mental Health issues, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Physical Health needs.We pride ourselves in driving change and improving the lives of people with a Learning Disability, if you do too, come and join us!
