Community Mental Health Nurse - Band 6

• Clinical Skills Enhancement and Growth through our Nursing Framework and Professional development within your Appraisal, As a Community Mental Health Nurse you will provide community patient led services and work with adults 18-65 years who have mental health issues, social needs and require support with their physical health needs by participating and leading within our health and well being clinics and visiting patients in the community to support their safety and recovery.
Our community multidisciplinary teams, comprise of nurses from Nursing Associates to Advanced Nurse Practitioners, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, employment specialists, mental health practitioners, recovery support workers and peer support workers. The teams are supported by good administrative systems and offers excellent working environments as we transform our older buildings into new with an ethos of team support and team ownership with supportive team managers and community leadership.
