Community Mental Health Support Worker

We are looking for two motivated and committed Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to work within our Basildon and Brentwood primary care service delivering physical healthcare checks for individuals who are on the Serious Mental Illness (SMI) register., The HCA will work autonomously and as part of the primary care practice team carrying out a range of checks, including but not limited to smoking status, alcohol intake, sleep, diet, exercise, substance misuse, BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol.
