Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Midwife to work within the Tair Sir/Three Counties Community Team that would include Crymych, Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul, Llanybydder and Lampeter areas, providing all aspects of midwifery care for women and their families in the community setting of rural Wales., You will be key in providing and increasing Midwifery Led Care and promoting home births and supporting the Midwifery Led Care Unit at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen.
You will also be the co-ordinator of care for high-risk pregnancies working closely with the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a high quality seamless service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

48 General Practices (GP surgeries), 49 Dental Practices, 98 Community Pharmacies (chemists), 44 General Ophthalmic Practices (including eye health and low vision services), 38 sites providing mental health and learning disability services, care within your own homes.
Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
