Full Job Description

This role will provide comprehensive and quality administration service to Team and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management within the department. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as Community Midwives Administrator. The successful post holder will work within an already established team to provide a high standard of personalised and evidence-based care to women/birthing people throughout pregnancy and beyond.   • Use hospital information system (Cerner) to track maternity notes, process patient's
  • referral letters, book appointments sending out all booking details and correspondence as required and carry out other tasks associated with the system.
  • Use Accurx to remind patients about appointments.
  • Ensure all information systems for Community Midwives are kept up to date and all
  • tasks / minutes circulated in a timely manner.
  • Book appointments, make sure workbooks are up to date, ensure out of area
  • postnatal women and babies are entered into the Maternity system.
  • Establishing, Maintaining, and monitoring information systems
  • Working for our organisation The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
