If so, there are innovative and exciting opportunity within our North Yorkshire, York, and Selby AMH Service. We have a permanent opportunity for the role of Community Modern Matron. You will be joining a senior leadership team and taking a leading role in delivering and supporting the delivery of safe, effective and person centered care., You will be welcomed by the teams across the locality and will work alongside another enthusiastic, excellent Modern Matron. You will work as part of the leadership team including, General Manager, Service Managers, and Clinical leaders you will be line managed and supported by the Associate Director of Nursing and other Modern Matrons in the NYYS Care Group

You will be taking a lead on development, assurance and supporting the identified teams in your portfolio in the speciality with the transformation in order to ensure patient safety, excellent care and service development.
