Community Nurse

Mainly office hours 08:30 - 16:30, 2 - 3 days over Monday to Friday though some flexibility to support staff and clients is required., Nurses choose to move to Complete Care agency for many reasons. The overall purpose of the role:

• To act as a Named Nurse within the team, developing collaborative, needs-based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.


• You will provide excellent professional, skilled, and effective person-centered, evidence-based nursing care.


• You will be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and clients.


• Visibly and accessible to patients, families, and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective, and caring services.


• Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards, and quality outcomes.


• You will contribute to the education and development of employees.


• Contribute to staff appraisals and support personal development plans.


• Safely administer medication following company policies and practice guidelines.


• They will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.
  
  We are always on the lookout for a talented and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience, and having worked in a community setting would be advantageous., Competence in differing forms of bowel care I.E Qufora, Peristeen, Stoma.


• Experience of caring for clients with a tracheostomy.


• Experience of working in the community.


• Experience of managing in an office environment.
