You should have excellent communication skills as this role is key working within the integrated neighbourhood team of co-located health and social care teams. Youll be supported by an expert team in an environment where training and development opportunities are actively encouraged in order to meet the clinical needs of the role. UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 3 months.
