Are you a Newly Qualified band 5 registered nurse or an experienced nurse that is looking for your next career move? As a Band 5 Community Nurse you will be providing high quality nursing care to patients in South Molton area. You will be promoting the health of this population and reducing the effects of ill health, disability and maximising the individual's potential for independence.
