Community Nurse - IHT3

The community staff nurse is a member of the Rugby Place Based team, who undertakes professional duties in the client's homes and clinics to ensure provision of high standard nursing care and health promotion. To work across professional boundaries, providing comprehensive health care that is sensitive to the needs ofthe local population.

The successful candidate will have a have a general knowledge of current best practice in Community Nursing but experience is not essential and newly qualified are welcome.

We will provide you with a structured induction and training period to ensure you have the opportunity to develop new skills and competence.

The Service operates seven days a week and flexible working is required.

The requirements are that you should hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel across the Rural North area. A mileage allowance is available.
