  • The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary community 0-18 / access CYPMH Team, and will be expected to work autonomously, managing a defined case load of 0-18-year-olds with mild / moderate Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour.
  • Management of a small clinical case load within the 0-18 teams.
  • To support 0-18 CYPMH colleagues with PBS consultation, PBS working.
  • Support SEND thinking and SEND awareness within the 0-18 / access teams
  • The community LD Nurses working in 0-18 / Access together supporting SEND and lead on PBS thinking and working in West, East and Access areas
