This will include an 11.5 hour shift pattern between the hours of 8pm and 8am, 2 shifts per week., CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and therefore offers the successful candidate opportunities for further study and career progression. You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. The service operates across Hull and East Riding providing care for patients requiring nursing intervention in their own home.
