Full Job Description

The Community Nursing Service has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support a driven, dynamic, and dedicated team of Nurses who deliver care to people in their own home. Much of our work is innovative and you will enjoy full involvement, while being encouraged to contribute your own thoughts and initiatives., + Working as part of our administrative and triage team, you will support with the day to day running of the service by answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.

The post is for 37.5 hours per week from 08;30 to 16:30 on a permanent Band 3 contract, based at Cremyll Road, Reading. We are seeking to recruit someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to work as part of a Team and has the ability to work on their own initiative., + You will need to be confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
+ You will have good interpersonal skills, providing an important link between the patients and our clinicians.
+ You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
+ You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.
+ You will carry out day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team.
+ To use different electronic systems, including RiO to help our Triaging Team.
+ Stock control and management., + Good interpersonal, communication, observation and reporting skills
+ Multitasking to provide admin support across different areas within our services
+ Ability to work effectively in a team, work on own initiative and unsupervised.
+ Knowledge and experience of Microsoft - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
