Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Bury District Nursing service as a Community Nursing Administrator.
The successful candidate will be first point of contact for the District Nursing team and will provide a comprehensive administration service to support a multidisciplinary clinical team.
The successful candidate will be expected to use own initiative and able to work unsupervised, working independently within guidelines and be able to exercise judgement when dealing with enquiries; analyse and resolve problems working in a multidisciplinary team.
The post holder may be required to travel between our Community Nursing Teams therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.
This is a full time post., The main purpose of the role is to manage and maintain administrative duties including but not exclusive to:
Caseload maintenance, provision of stock and equipment ordering and main support from District nursing service.
Develop team performance and delivery of reports as part of the district nursing service.
