Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced nurse to deliver intravenous therapy in our OPAT clinic based at Milford Hospital. To support the design and development of the Milford integrated care hub and OPAT service., To be flexible with delivery of a 7 day service working 09:00am -17:00pm. On a day to day basis this will involve delivering nursing interventions to our local community in a clinic setting working with our wider community services
