Full Job Description

The Role: Community Manager Join our vibrant Community team and play a key role in enhancing our members' experience. You'll deliver top-notch customer service, solve issues efficiently, and maintain high building standards. Key duties include:

  • Operational Excellence: Quickly address and resolve building and member issues.
  • Building Standards: Conduct site checks and ensure top scores are achieved on site standard audits.
  • Front Desk & Member Contact: Be the go-to person for members and manage the front desk.
  • Community Initiatives: Foster connections between members and enhance our space based on their feedback.
  • Team Management: Lead a Community Associate and ensure smooth site operations and drive results.
