Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Perinatal Community Mental Health Team . We are looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse, who will put service users' needs at the centre of what they do. As a Community Mental Health Nurse you will play a key part in the planning and delivery of care to individuals on your caseload; candidates should demonstrate the ability to work safely, autonomously and manage their time effectively., The post holder will be a member of the Specialist Community Perinatal Mental Health Services, working closely with the multi- disciplinary team. Responsibilities include the maintaining a small clinical caseload and to conduct assessments of highly complex problems which require the analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of solutions. The role will include the maintaining of clinical standards within the governance framework. Within this role you will form part of a wider multidisciplinary team as well as working in partnership with external agencies; excellent communication skills are essential in order to develop meaningful professional relations that facilitate person centred care and meaningful outcomes.
