Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist with a wide range of clinical skills to join Caerphilly Community Resource Team on a permanent basis. The Team is an integrated one, made up of Therapists, Social Workers, Support staff, Nursing staff and Dom Care staff. It is a well-established, friendly, innovative team providing community based services across Caerphilly Borough County., Providing Physio support to individuals in their own home. Applicants need to have experience of supporting individuals to achieve their goals, and experience of working in the community would be an advantage. The applicant would may also be expected to assist with the falls clinic and provide support in the 12 bedded unit in the Rhymney Integrated Resource Centre.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
